Services That I Can Perform For You:

I offer many different insurance products that are all designed to meet your needs. The products that I can provide to you are listed below.

Annuities: Annuities are one of the best investment products that you can purchase from an insurance company.  They are designed to grow tax free and are used to increase your net worth and generate income.  You can purchase an annuity from $500 to $10,000,000.

Burial Trust Insurance - A Burial Trust policy is designed to paass money to a beneficiary without tax implications, Medicaid implications, or probate issues.  This irrevocable burial trust can not be changed once it's implemented.  This is a perfect policy for someone who is terminally ill and would like to leave money to a loved one, because there are no limitations on your health or your age.  This product is a guaranteed issue product and is available to everyone up to age 99.  You can purchase a Burial Trust policy from $0 to $50,000.

Children's Term Insurance - The children's term life insurance plan is issued to children and young adults through age 18, and provides life insurance protection up to age 25.  Future insurability is guaranteed upon conversion to a permanent life plan. The policy can be purchased for a low rate of $25 per month for $15,000 of coverage, or $45 per month for $30,000 of coverage.

Dental Insurance - Dental Insurance is guaranteed issue and available for all ages in all states. Coverage costs just $19.95 a month.

Disability Insurance - Disability insurance covers a person whhen they are disabled and unable to earn an income.  Disability Insurance is guaranteed issue and pays a monthly benefit of $1,500 or $3,000 for 6 months.

Final Expense Insurance - A Final Expense policy is a whole life policy that is designed to pay for your funeral expenses, and leave money for your loved ones to cover some immediate income or living expenses.  The average funeral cost in the United States is $8,600.  The average Final Expense policy that an individual purchases is only $10,000.  These policies only have a few health questions, and some of them are guaranteed issue, even for people with severe health issues.  Most insurance companies will allow a person to purchase Finale Expense coverage up to  $25,000. These policies can costs as low as $8 per month.

Long Term Care Insurance (LTC)- Long Term Care Insurance is designed to cover individuals who will require services from a nursing home, assisted living facility, or home care.  It's an ideal product for a person who has life insurance and can afford higher monthly premiums. Most people purchase LTC insurance in their 60's, and costs vary based on your existing health.  The current trend is to purchase Single Premium Whole Life insurance, instead of LTC insurance, because the SPWL insurance product offers both life insurance and LTC insurance with just one policy.

Medical Insurance - Our Limited Pay Medical Insurance is a guaranteed issue product that anyone can purchase.  It covers everything from doctor's visits to hospital care.  Coverage costs are as low as $128 a month.

Medicare Supplement Insurance - Our Limited Pay Medical Insurance is a guaranteed issue product that anyone can purchase.  It covers everything from doctors visits to hospital care.  Coverage costs are as low as $108 a month.

Mortgage Term Insurance - Mortgage Term Insurance gives you and your family the peace of mind of knowing that money will be available to help pay off their mortgage, or other debts, if you die.

Single Premium Whole Life Insurance (SPWL) - SPWL insurance is the #1 product sold in the United States that provides wealth protection, life insurance, increases the value of your estate, and transfers your death benefit to your beneficiary, TAX FREE.  This product also has an accelerated benefit which can be used for long term care services. SPWL policies range from $500 to $10 Million, and covers ages 0-85 years old.

Term Life Insurance - Term Life Insurance is the most basic and, usually, the most affordable. Policies can be purchased for a specified period of time.  Policies can usually be purchased for 10, 15, 20, or 30 year time spans. Term insurance is useful if you need a low-cost option, or if you need life insurance only for a certain amount of time (such as until your children graduate from college). You can purchase a policy from $1,000 to $20 million dollars, costing as little as $10 per month.

Whole Life Insurance - This type of permanent life insurance has a premium that stays the same throughout the life of the policy. Although the premiums may seem higher in the early years, these “overpayments” can accumulate cash value and are invested.  You may be able to borrow funds from the cash value, or surrender your policy for it's face value if necessary.  You can purchase a policy from $0 to $10 million dollars and costs as low at $15 per month.

Legacy Services:

When a loved one dies, grieving family members and friends are often confronted with dozens of decisions about the funeral - all of which must be made quickly and often under great emotional duress. What kind of funeral should it be? What funeral provider should you use?  What other arrangements should you plan? And, how much is it all going to cost?

Each year, Americans grapple with these, and many other questions, as they spend billions of dollars arranging more than two million funerals for family members and friends. The increasing trend toward pre-need planning, when people make funeral arrangements in advance, suggests that many consumers want to compare prices and services so that ultimately the funeral reflects a wise and well-informed purchasing decision, as well as a meaningful one.

Since 1981, I have been helping people plan their legacy, so they are prepared when they die.  I provide this service to every one of my clients, without charge.  I provide a comprehensive planning portfolio designed to help your family through one of the most difficult times in their lives.  The planning portfolio covers:

  • Biographical Information / Personal Information

  • Historical Information

  • Financial Information

  • Legal Information

  • Background Information

  • Legacy Information

  • Personal Wishes For Funeral Arrangements  / Memorial Services

  • Special Request / Considerations

Customer Referral Program:

Referrals are the backbone of my business, and most of my business comes from referrals of satisfied clients. Therefore, to show my appreciation, I have developed a "Customer Referral Program" which rewards you whenever you help me obtain qualified leads and successful sales. Do you have a friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker who is interested in purchasing insurance?  If you do, the more people you refer to me, the more you are rewarded for your efforts!

Here is how my Customer Referral Program works:

As your reward for providing me a referral, you will receive a $50 VISA Gift Card for every person who purchases an adult insurance policy.  Once you have referred over 10 people to me who purchase an adult insurance policy, your reward increases to a $100 Visa Gift Card.
